These are so easy and perfect for a gathering. You can prep everything in advance and then pop these in the oven until they are toasty, while you are having fun with your guests. I challenge you to only eat one.

You will need:

- 1 small bunch scallions, chopped
- 4 T butter
- 2 t garlic powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 t paprika
- 1/4 t salt
Then you will…
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the Ranch seasoning powder and milk. Set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the baking dish.
- Spread half of the cheese on the rolls.
- Top with the chicken.
- Top with the bacon.
- Top with the scallions.
- Place dollops of the Greek yogurt on top.
- Cover with the remaining half of the cheese.

I’ve always found ranch seasoning packets to be a fun addition to all sorts of dishes. In this one, it enhances the flavor in turkey burgers in a big way.

You will need:
- 1/2 sour cream
- 1/2 c panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 c shredded cheese, like Cheddar or Colby Jack
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning powder, divided
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 t hot sauce
- 1 lb ground turkey
- Buns, lettuce and tomato – whatever toppings you want!
Then you will…
- In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and half of the ranch seasoning mix. Set aside in the fridge while you make the burgers.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the panko with the onion, green pepper, shredded cheese, remaining ranch seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, egg and hot sauce.
- Add the ground turkey and mix well by hand.
- Divide into four patties.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Lightly grease with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the burgers until cooked through and juices run clear, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, lightly toast the buns in the preheated oven, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the burgers topped with the sour cream sauce, lettuce and tomato.

Yumm. Isn’t it great when you can do almost no prep work and still end up with a delicious dinner? This slow cooker taco chicken would be great on top of nachos or a salad too. We toasted tortillas and served it up with salsa, cheese and sour cream. Our toddler couldn’t get enough of the chicken!
You will need:
- 2 lb chicken breast
- 4 T olive oil
- 3 T red wine vinegar
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t ground pepper
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 t salt
Then you will…
- Combine everything in your slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
- Remove and shred the chicken.
- Return to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
- Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings!

This is a very simple meal or snack, and we loved that you could pick it up with your hands! We loved the gooey cheese, the savory chicken and, of course, all the bacon.

You will need:
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 4 oz light chive and onion cream cheese, softened until spreadable
- 3 c cooked and shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 c shredded chicken
- 1 packet dried Ranch seasoning
- 1/2 lb thick cut bacon, cooked until crispy and roughly chopped
- 2 T butter, melted
- ¼ t garlic powder
Then you will…
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly roll the pizza dough into a 12×16 rectangle.
- Spread the cream cheese on the dough.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheese on top of the cream cheese.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the chicken with the Ranch seasoning.
- Sprinkle the chicken on top of the shredded cheese and top with the chopped bacon.
- Reserve a handful of the cheddar cheese for on top of the pizza roll.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the bacon.
- Roll up the pizza dough so it is a long roll.
- Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Gently tuck the ends under to loosely seal the roll.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven.
- Combine the butter and garlic powder.
- Brush the top with the garlic butter and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake another 5 or so minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting.

Not everyone likes ranch, but if you do, try out this recipe. It can be used as a dip or a sauce, and it tastes even better if you let it sit overnight.

You will need:
- 1 c plain Greek yogurt
- 1 t dried parsley
- 1/2 t dried dill
- 1/2 t dried garlic powder
- 3/4 t dried onion powder
- 1/2 t dried chives
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Then you will…
- Mix everything together in a small bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate overnight.
Note: if you want a thinner dip/sauce, slowly mix in milk until you reach the desired consistency.
